These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products on the **Lunéa Wear** website to consumers.

Each product is described as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may exist (colors, details) without incurring the seller's liability.

Article 4 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).

In accordance with article 293B of the CGI, VAT is not applicable.

Lunéa Wear reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

Article 5 – Order

The customer places an order via the Lunéa Wear website.
The order is considered final after:

* acceptance of the GTC
* payment confirmation

A confirmation email is sent after the order is validated.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Accepted payment methods are:

Article 7 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated during the order.

Lunéa Wear cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of **14 days** from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 10 – Non-refundable Products

For hygiene or personalization reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged (e.g., underwear, personalized products), except in the case of a proven defect.

Article 11 – Liability

Lunéa Wear cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold.

The seller's liability is in any event limited to the amount of the order.
