If this is not the case, here are the applicable return conditions.

1. Return Period

In accordance with the law, you have **14 days** from the receipt of your order to request a return.

Any request made after this period cannot unfortunately be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

* be new, unworn, and unwashed
* be returned in its original condition and packaging
* not show any signs of wear or damage

Any item that does not meet these conditions may be refused.

3. Return Procedure

Returns made without prior request cannot be processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Lunéa Wear cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

5. Refund

After receipt and verification of the return, the refund will be processed within **14 days**, via the original payment method.

Initial shipping costs are not refundable, except in the case of an error attributable to Lunéa Wear.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered.
If a return is accepted, a refund will be issued and the customer can place a new order.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene or personalization reasons, the following items are **neither returnable nor exchangeable**:

* underwear
* personalized items
* accessories in direct contact with the skin
  (unless a defect is proven)

8. Defective Items or Order Error

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within **48 hours** of receipt with supporting photos.

In this case, Lunéa Wear will cover the return costs or offer a replacement or refund.
